Please be aware that you will have to sign a contract before you purchase a puppy from me. This makes sure that both breeder (seller), and buyer are in agreement on the sale of the said puppy.

Here in after referred to as "Puppy" has been sold to Buyer by Seller as "Breed/show/and/or Pet prospect.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
1. Seller guarantees that Puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical inoculations, worming and care. Seller will provide Buyer with a medical chart detailing treatment Puppy has received under Seller's care, and any future care Seller feels is essential to Puppy's well being.
2. Seller strongly recommends that Buyer have Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice within 72 hours of receipt of Puppy. If Buyer does not have said puppy taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt of puppy, this contract becomes null and void. I recommend Veterinarian Ronni Lavine South
3. Seller guarantees that Puppy is free of life threatening diseases or disabilities for 72 hours after delivery to Buyer. Should life threatening diseases or disabilities be discovered by Buyer within 72 hours after receipt of Puppy, and attested to in writing to Seller by Buyer's licensed veterinarian, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement breed quality puppy as soon as such a puppy is available to Seller. There will be no cash refunds. If any of the following health problems occur, the Buyer has an additional 72 hours to get all paperwork on the said puppy back to HillBillyPimpin Kennels, or there will be no placement puppy, and this contract will become null/void. Buyer will have 1st pick if the option of a replacement puppy is given.
4. Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of disqualifying faults, diseases, or disorders, which are due to Buyers negligence. Buyer agrees that Puppy shall not be used for breeding purposes until the following puppy reaches eighteen months old (18) and the said puppy must be in her second heat before the said puppy is bred.
5-I DO NOT guarantee color. Coat color is never guaranteed, be aware of this prior to placing deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the buyer declines pup due to coat color deposit will be forfeited.
6-Seller DOES NOT guarantee pups to be show quality. Buyer agrees pup received to be considered pet quality. Seller also makes no guarantee to size or weight of the dog at maturity. Alot of this depends on the care the dog receives which is beyond the control of the breeder.
7- The Blue Coat Coloring in the most breeds is associated with skin problems some of which are not responsive to treatment. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to baterial, viral, staph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. All skin promlems I know of are easily and inexpensively treated. NOT all pits are affected However you need to be prepared to treat your dog if a skin or coat condition develops. I DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROMBLEMS.
GENERAL
1... HillBillyPimpin Kennels will accept the said puppy back (free of charge) when or if the Buyer no longer wants the said puppy. In this case, all papers must be transferred to Hillbillypimpin Kennels, and the said puppy must be UTD on shots and care. By signing my agreement, you understand that if at any time you can no longer care for your pup, you will contact HillBillyPimpin Kennels.
2. Puppies are guaranteed to have worming when they reach 2, 4, and 6 weeks of age. Puppies are guaranteed to have 1stshots at 6 weeks. Puppies are guaranteed to have 1st Heartworm pill. Any puppies that are in my care when they are 8 weeks will have 2nd shots.
There will be an extra charge for the 2nd shots.
4. All puppies are guaranteed to be UKC/AKC/ or ADBA Registered. HillBillyPimpin Kennels will have papers ready for you when you pick your puppy up at 6 weeks old.
5-Purchaser agrees to prove a safe home for their new pup and will not use the pup for any illegal activity. If at any time the purchaser is found to be using the pup for illegal activity, HillBillyPimpin Kennels reserves the right to regain possession of the pup. I do not torerate dog fighting, and WILL pursue legal action to regain rights to the pup.
6- Payments may be made with a certified bank check, money gram, or cash. I DO NOT accept personal checks.
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
1. Deposits is required to hold the puppy under the age of six (6) weeks old.Puppies are required to be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. If at 6 weeks of age the pup has not been paid for in full, you will forfeit your deposit. If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit may be transferred to any available pup at that time, however there will not be a refund. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are $100 on any said puppy unless specified on website or in contract.
2. Puppies may be picked up at 5 weeks old, however this contract will be null/void due to shots can’t be given until the said puppy is 6 weeks. If said puppy can’t have 6 weeks shot, then I cannot guarantee health.
3. Shipping is an additional $____, this includes Crate, Health Certificate, Vet Visit, and Airline ticket. Prices may increase or decrease from day to day depending on the Economy. The said puppy can't be shipped until it reaches 8 weeks old (due to airline rules and regulations). Shipping is due on the said date of _________.
